I guess it could only be described as fortunate, when the outfit matches more than perfectly with the background. I’ve been having Palais de Tokyo in my mind for quite some time, and the result of this photoshoot felt like a great reward for all the last minute running and general stress.
It’s not an excuse, but I still don’t have a proper internet connection at home, so things remain difficult when I spend around 12 hours at the office every day; plus some weekends; plus some holidays.
Of course, if I wanted to be more organised and loyal to my posting I would sleep 3 hours per day, go to a café around 6 or 7am for a couple of hours and then run to work.
But I figured two things.
One. I don’t want to sleep three hours.
Two. I don’t want to experience Paris through my blog or instagram. I want to actually live directly in it and not through an instagram tile, mobile screen, camera lens. I don’t do fancy cream shaped cappuccinos. Not because I don’t like it, just because my everyday routine includes filter coffee, black. That’s obvious in my instagram!
Black and beige this time. Found some time for shopping and just went for it! I immediately grabbed a ZARA sleeveless turtle neck and its matching skirt! On my way out , though, I couldn’t resist not adding this softest sweater ever. I think I want some more!
And the most important detail. METALEPSIS PROJECTS have succeeded in combining jewellery design, modern techniques and architecture inspired shapes into the most interesting forms and aesthetics. Their uniqueness is not only obvious in the magnificent jewellery designs, but also in a carefully curated website layout! There isn’t a single piece that wouldn’t upgrade an outfit and capture the eye, offering not only a fresh and interesting detail but also a sophisticated elegance and an endless source of inspiration. After all, what’s more important than making everything work out for you?
