How come and in most occasions the only variable of importance is time?
There is either too much, so the most miserable uncreative moments seem like ages, or there’s not enough and you are trying to squeeze everything in 24 hours. Then you end up with the satisfaction that you managed to visit all the museums and galleries that you wanted, but also feel guilty because you didn’t appreciate it as you should, or because you didn’t pay your respects properly!
Too many problems.
Well, I wouldn’t call these problems but it can get uncomfortable. I’m sitting in a lovely café near my former office, enjoying my hot coffee and delicious muffin; in two days I’m leaving Paris in order to go back home and finish my studies. I feel like I’m trying to make decisions for the months to come in order to fill my schedule and the truth is that this process feeds my creativity and ego. I’m ready.
This post, imagery-wise, in my opinion has some really interesting elements. It’s the first time I’m having a wooden watch, and I really enjoy this piece from JORD. I picked the dark sandalwood because of how it would look combined with black fabrics, and I was right, the combination is cozy and beautiful!
Additionally, now that I’m scrolling down my Parisian outfit archive and posts, I realise how many jackets I’ve been wearing! The truth is that summer came here only for two or three weeks and not in a row. My collaboration with MELANGETROIS highlighted exactly this, and I’m very glad that I had the chance to wear and feature Lieselotte’s pieces! This jacket has a particularly beautiful texture combination and it will definitely match perfectly with most outfits and styles!
Special thanks to Alex for the beautiful captures!
